The ASA is part of the International Students Union.
Participation in ISU Events and funding from ISU is contingent upon the members of ASA attending ISU General Body (GB) meetings and using the allotted funds in a timely and appropriate manner. Visit the ISU website for more information.
The GB meetings are meant to provide a chance for you to share information and upcoming events and activities among ISU and other member organizations. At least one (1) representative from each organization needs to be present for the whole GB meeting each time. You need to sign in and sign out at every GB meeting. You will become inactive and lose the opportunity to get funding if you miss two (2) consecutive GB meetings.
* Spring quarter 2008: ISU will meet every other Monday, 6:00pm in Baker 240*
Cooperation with the African Student Union has been successful in the past and is strongly advised.
