TEACH IN GHANA
is a study abroad opportunity for students who want international teaching and experience

Teach in Ghana participants have a unique opportunity to gain real teaching experience while exploring the rich culture of this West African nation. Students are placed in primary, junior or senior high schools and develop cross-cultural teaching skills that are becoming increasingly important in today’s U.S. schools and classrooms. Through full immersion in the placement schools, homestays and weekend excursions, participants will learn from and about Ghanaian people, culture and traditions.
